We at Tech+IP Exchange, LLC (collectively “TIP-X”, and its subsidiaries and other controlled affiliates (referred to as “us”, “our”, or “we”) respect your online privacy and recognize your need for greater clarity regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information that we acquire from your use of our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including www.tip-x.cc(“Website” or collectively “Websites”). Some of this information constituted personal data, i.e. information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, further described below (all such personal data processed by us collectively “Personal Information”). We process your Personal Information only in accordance with the content of this Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make material changes to how we process Personal Information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website and/or by sending you an email to the last email address you provided to us. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an email notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on the Website. We therefore encourage you to review the Website from time to time to stay informed of how we are processing Personal Information. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of the Website. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes and discontinue any further use of the Website. Information We Collect and How We Do It

Use of Personal Information

In general, the Personal Information we process is used

However we process your Personal Information, we make sure that such processing complies with the law, and the law allows us and requires us to use Personal Information for a variety of reasons. These include in particular:

• to perform our contractual obligations with you;
• where we have legal and regulatory obligations that we have to discharge;
• to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights or for the purpose of legal proceedings;

We have implemented certain measures reasonably designed to secure Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
